REFUND POLICY
Due to the seasonal nature of our products and the limited availability of pumpkins, all sales are final and non-refundable once your order is confirmed.
We take great care in selecting high-quality, locally-grown pumpkins and designing each display to meet your expectations. However, please keep in mind that pumpkins are natural products and can be affected by weather and handling. We do not offer refunds for pumpkins that are damaged after delivery due to heat, humidity, storms, or natural deterioration.
If you need to reschedule your installation date, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request — please reach out to us as early as possible.
