Welcome to South Florida Pumpkin Porches, a DBA of South Florida Holiday Decorators LLC. By accessing our website or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
1. Booking & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Service Area

We currently serve Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Additional travel or delivery fees may apply for clients located outside our primary service zone.
3. Display & Product Conditions
-
Our displays are made from natural products (e.g., pumpkins, gourds, hay bales) which may vary in size, shape, and lifespan.

South Florida’s weather conditions can accelerate deterioration. We cannot guarantee how long pumpkins will last and do not offer refunds for premature decay.

Customers are responsible for bringing displays indoors during severe weather events (e.g. hurricanes). We offer additional services (like hurricane setup removal and reinstallation) for a fee upon request.
4. Setup & Cleanup

Standard packages include delivery and professional styling.

Optional cleanup services and pressure washing are available for an additional fee and must be scheduled separately.

If you decline cleanup service at the time of booking, you may add it later (subject to availability).
5. DIY & Custom Services

Custom quotes are available upon request.

DIY drop-off options may be available on a limited basis. Please contact us directly for availability and pricing.
6. Business & Event Installations

We offer styling services for businesses, offices, events, pop-up patches, and weddings.
-
Same-day setup and takedown is available for events for an additional fee.

Booth attendants can be provided for events upon request for an added charge.

South Florida Pumpkin Porches does not provide non-pumpkin props or signage but will incorporate client-provided items when possible.
7. Insurance & Liability

South Florida Pumpkin Porches is a registered DBA of South Florida Holiday Decorators LLC and carries general liability insurance.

We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the setup, presence, or removal of our displays.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that installation areas are safe, accessible, and compliant with HOA, venue, or community guidelines.
8. Photo Use & Social Media

We love seeing our work in your photos! You’re welcome to use your display in personal or promotional photoshoots.

If you're using it in branded content or social media promotions, we kindly ask for a tag on Instagram @southfloridapumpkinporches and a quick heads-up.
9. Giveaways
-
Giveaways may be run periodically via our website or social media platforms.

Winners must be located within our delivery zone unless otherwise specified.

No purchase necessary to enter.

Giveaway prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for other services.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any giveaway at our discretion.

Additional rules or eligibility criteria may apply and will be listed with each giveaway.
10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
